Question Logitech laser mouse, wheel suddenly hyper sensitive. + printer problems

I am running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Every thing was okay, Then I needed to restart my Core I 7 laptop in windows mode for something, did that. Shut down then restarted back in Ubuntu.
Suddenly the scrolling wheel is hyper sensitive, the slightest touch will send the page flying up or down. It was NOT like this in Ubuntu or Windows 7 before I restarted the PC

Is there a way to adjust the scrolling speed of the mouse wheel?

Also for no apparent reason, I can send something to my printer, and nothing happens.
When I look at the printer properties there are no pages waiting to print.
It is not set to print to file. It used to work great.
I am using a wireless link to the printer, they are less than 2 feet apart.

Okay I fixed the mouse by going back into windows, made an adjustment with the Logitech program, then went back to Ubuntu. Didn't think Ubuntu would read the windows file but maybe it did.

Still can't get the printer working yet, Maybe I will remove and reinstall.
