I've recently started using sticky keys in Ubuntu 18.04 and Windows 10.

In Windows, pressing a modifier key twice acts as pressing a key down, then releasing it. For example, I can press the start key twice to open the start menu.

However, in Ubuntu, pressing a modifier key a second time doesn't un-stick the key. For instance, I can't open the Gnome activities drawer by pressing the super key twice (which I would expect to behave like a single press without sticky keys).

How can I change the behavior to match that of Windows 10's? Also, if this is a bug/unintended, where should I report this?

Thanks!
