Kubuntu - everything freezes when I press a button on login screen

Hello! I install Kubuntu 18.04 a few days ago. I did try to solve this. Just ended out in nothing. Also, I am dualbooting with Windows 10 and on a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming with a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 Mobile.

Well, Kubuntu’s Login Screen, if I click “restart”, freeze. “Login”, freeze. And I ran fsck it found that Fs wasn’t properly mounted and removed the “dirty bit”. Within terminal running “systemctl reboot” says the bus doesn’t exist and that it’s dangerous, or “reboot” does nothing. Someone told me to disable the sddm or kdm task. Which sddm was read only (Exact error: “update-rc.d: error: Read-only file system”). I tried to disable kdm and it said that kdm.service doesn’t exist.

What version of Kubuntu did you install? On what kind of machine? Is this a dual boot or Kubuntu only?
