Problems installing HDHomerun connect duo in Myth 0.19

I have Myth 0.19+fixes and Xubuntu 18.04. Having trouble setting up the backend for this as my menus don't seem to match guides I found. Some state it requires Myth 0.20 or later which doesn't match what I have seen other places. I can select the tuner in the setup but don't see anything about the individual tuners (it has two).

The IP address finally appeared with -0 after. I tried to add another instance and now have two IP-0 entries. How do I get one for the second tuner?
