Dell Precision M4800 touchpad is twitchy

Hi all,

I recently got a Dell Precision M4800 and installed Ubuntu 18.04 on it. However I noticed that the touchpad is possibly too sensitive and "twitches" (that's the best way I can think to describe it) all around the area that it's pointing.

I haven't been able to really find a way to make the touchpad less sensitive through libinput and was wondering if anyone else had further solutions that I could possibly try.

Hi, I install Ubuntu 18.04 on my M4800. The touchpad works well. I didn't install any other drivers.
My BIOS is A23.

I just installed 18.04 on my M4800 and same issues with the touchpad and mouse. Using the trackpoint and no issues but if using the touchpad the mouse cursor twitches like crazy especially if trying to hold in one place.
