Alternative Proxy Software For Bypass censorship aside from squid?

Hi all

Im looking for software to run on my vps for bypass censorship restriction

My government implementing very strict rules on war again False News websites and negative content distribution which caused most ISP implemented a "hardcore" filter
reddit got blocked , Facebook Got blocked

I tried Squid before this although its good but im looking for other alternative solution. maybe with criteria

• low memory usage (i notice that squid eat lot of my server memory)
• easy installation
• support for many protocol ( im going to used this proxy on my ps4)
• password support

I would use a VPN with keys and AES256, never passwords. Passwords are a failure when it comes to security.

Don't think we can say much more, since it is a govt. I'd expect this thread to be closed quickly.

I was mention for proxy software who can run on ubuntu system , since im going to used this connection on many of my devices (ps4, Vita etc) which doesn't have any option aside for proxy..so vpn is not what im looking for

and im not going to break any federal rules ,its just a simple restriction bypass question where my government aiming was went way to far from blocking fake news distribution to accidentally blocking social network sites

also am i breaking the forum rules? why to be closed ? proxy is still considered in networking category isn't?
