    start transmission-gtk minimized

in Ubuntu 18.04 when I enter "transmission-gtk --help" I am told that "transmission-gtk -m" will start transmission minimized. It does that in the terminal but when I try after I press the little dotted thing in the bottom corner it can't find it. In 16.04 one could press super a and enter a command with an option but, I guess that doesn't work in 18.04? I have it in the startup as "transmission-gtk -m". Haven't tested that yet (reboot) but I will (suspect it will work there)

I have also noticed that when I start a program that I want to keep open, and minimize it, I get asked for a password, even though I have not clicked on it. That is a bit irritating and odd.

    Thank you........................
