I've had this avatar for at least 8 years and I just got a PM today from a user/moderator named QIII, stating that it violates policy here and I have 24 hours to replace it or he will replace it for me.
It may very well violate current policy, but like I said, 8 years. Just now it's become a problem? It's just a photo of me when I was deployed to a combat zone and I'm very proud of that photo. I will not take it down.
I'm not sure why it's become such a big deal out of nowhere.
Please don't make me ditch Ubuntu over this pettiness. I've been a member here for 11 years!
