Problemas al instalar por Terminal / Problems when installing by Terminal

Hola a todos!
Hace poco instale xubuntu 18.04 y he tenido un problema el cual se genera al instalar por Terminal algún programa.

Aquí dos ejemplos, donde figura el error el cual no se solucionar, no puedo hacer ninguna instalación sin que me salga esto. Ojalá puedan ayudarme, soy nuevo en Linux!

Hola, lo que sucede es que el repositorio que estás instalando probablemente ya no tenga soporte o ha tenido dificultades de disponibilidad. Te recomiendo eliminarlo, actualizar el sistema con "apt update" y buscar otra alternativa.
