BIinitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb on black screen.

Hi all, Ive recently triple boot my MacBook Pro 15" 2015 mid. After the installation of Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, I realised I couldn't boot into Windows. The error 'BIinitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb' appears on a black screen. Thoughtout the installation process, I followed instructions from https://robpickering.com/triple-boot...dows-10-linux/ . Also, Ive tried resolving my issues following the instructions from https://medium.com/@maxhaolu/macbook...x-10b6d9f932a0 , but to no avail. Thank you guys for your inputs and if possible, I would not like to wipe the data in my macOS and Windows OS.

Any progress on this? I'm having the exact same issues after following that guide on my 2016 MBP.
