    Major Difference in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 20180109 & 16.04 LTS 20180122

We received a mail from the AWS support team regarding that Canonical Group Limited has released a new version of "Ubuntu 16.04 LTS - Xenial (HVM)" that includes various improvements to features and functionality available at https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/B01JBL2M0O and as of February 2nd 2018, Canonical Group Limited will no longer offer version 16.04 LTS 20180109 of "Ubuntu 16.04 LTS - Xenial (HVM)" to new subscribers.

It also quoted "If you are subscribed to 16.04 LTS 20180109 as a current subscriber, you will continue to have access to previous versions of "Ubuntu 16.04 LTS - Xenial (HVM)", however it is highly recommended that you upgrade to version 16.04 LTS 20180122 which is the latest version."

We would like to know the major differences between the former and latter versions of Ubuntu, primarily security updates and system level upgrades
