First Cup of Ubuntu
Hey Ubuntu users!
I've got the following problem(s):
The first problem is, that I just get no sound over hdmi output, not with proprietary drivers neither with nouveau.
The only solution is to boot with 'nomodeset', but then the there's no image over hdmi.
The second problem is that I'll only get image over hdmi when choosing the nvidia-card in prime.

Can you please give us some specs on your machine and video card please? Also, are you sure that your HDMI cable is audio compatible? (Some ewarly ones / cheap ones do not support audio.)
