rkhunter warnings configuration

HI i am new user to rkhunter i have installed version 1.4.2 and all working as expected, we have every month patching while patching we have commands updates. every month i see below warnings, How can we avoid this warning every time.
My request is can we check only commands compare with YUM repository not with rkhunter db.
