From what I understand this error occur because the ppa don't match with my version lubuntu, right?
But, this is the best way to resolve my problem?

My version in a fully updated 16.04 is 3.15. Why did you want to move away from this one?

Re: Filezilla freezes my lubuntu system

I have problems with Filezilla in Lubuntu 16.04 LTS and use other tools for file transfer, either plain sftp or the file browser (pcmanfm).

    You can enter

    Code:
    ssh://user@ip-adress
(with the actual user ID and ip-adress) into the box for the current directory in the file browser, and when you have connected, you can save it as a bookmark, which makes it convenient.

I have seen several reports about Filezilla being buggy in Ubuntu 16.04 (and it is buggy in my system). What about using another tool instead?

If you are using the FTP client, then just use your normal web or file browser. Pretty much all Linux file browsers support FTP directly.

If you are using the FTP server, rather use vsftp, proftp or ssh.
