Sure, I'm getting help already both from the Bodhi Linux and the WattOS communities, I just was referring to the "distro agnostic" instructions to make sure I'm getting everything right.
In any case, the pointed script to build your own ISO doesn't address Bluetooth at all, it just makes sure that the ISO contains the needed files for the EFI boot at 32 bit.
Soon I'll hopefully have some more time to look into this, so I'll chime back again if I need (more) help.
