So I discovered that I can not log in when my VPN is active but I can when it is turned off. Is there a fix for this so i can log in when connected to my VPN? This is the only forum out of hundreds where this is a problem.

PIA results in the error page for me (US). I am using the browser plugin in Linux, so I will give the regular version in Windows a try.

I don't have any issues login in, using Chrome through ProtonVPN

OK, it works with the regular Windows PIA app while in Chrome, but not the PIA Chrome extension app, so there lies the problem. Don't know why, but it is what it is.
