Problem with Security on net (Ubuntu 17.10)

Hi, I am the new user of Ubuntu 17.10 and I have a problem, earlier I did not have this with other Ubuntu versions I noticed that someone else started the cursor when I found the net on the forum in a forum I found it to check with rhunter
