Hi, I'm posting for a blind friend. For internet access, he uses an old DOS-based system with a braille reader (Powerbraille), but logs into a UNIX shell account on his ISP's server for internet access. Thus the browser resides on the UNIX server, and not on his system. He's been using the Lynx text browser, but is finally running into access problems due to lack of support for https and javascript. Does anyone know of a way to configure Lynx for either of these, or another text browser that might support these technologies? Would moving to Linux help? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
