I prefer not to use hybrid using Rufus.
Also note from FAQ:
If the ISO was created as hybrid, you may however be able to create a bootable USB image by disabling ISO suppport (Alt-I) and using DD-Image mode, or selecting "Write in DD-Image mode" when prompted.
