How to get wine

How do i get wine installed and will it let me install photoshop elements. cheers Ken.

Welcome. Look in the package manager ('Software' in Ubuntu I think) to install Wine, and possibly. Have a look at the appropriate link for your Photoshop version here to see how it will run in Wine.

Have you tried Gimp? Better to go for Linux alternatives where possible. Also in the Ubuntu repositories. Search and install.

has the most information and the most up to date info.
the ubuntu sources tend to be a bit slower and older.
but there are mutliple choices. winehq has those choices for you as well as support and question answering.
