    Missing TeamViewer GUI elements

    Hello, I'm new to Ubuntu.

I downloaded the official TeamViewer .deb and tried installing by double clicking but the software installer did nothing.

I opened up the terminal and tried installing it through there. It was missing some dependencies which I tried to fix by running a command that had an - f parameter at the end.

I ran the TeamViewer installation again and it installed but when I run it the GUI is missing elements and it is not connecting.

    Here's what I mean :

    Easy way:

First, install gdebi from either synaptic or the software center. Then use gdebi to install Teamviewer.

I use Teamviewer across 13 machines and it was in stalled that way on all of them with no issues at all.
