Framework (.NET from Microsoft) crashes when starting lego Mindstorms EV3

I have downloaded Lego Mindstorms 3V3 for programming the accompanying robot kit 31313 .

When I downloaded and executed the setup file, it also installed MS.NET Framework software .

But when I ran "LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 Home Edition" from the wine sub-menu, it crashed giving this error :

I hope someone could help me with this annoying problem, since I payed 400 € for the Lego kit !

I used the exact site for installation of the software . Did you take a good look at the error in my first post ?

usually you need exact wine version and exact applicaiton version (though not necessarilly).

from the error it is hard ot say what went wrong, especially if you installed as in instructions it should work.

what error does it give if you run it from terminal?

wine applicationname

the error should then show up in terminal window. can you post the output of that here? maybe someone can help you then.

I had other problems and had to reinstall Lubuntu ...
