    Thunderbolt to PCIe or expresscard

    Hy,

I'm under KXSudio (kubuntu 16.04 LTS).
I have a RME HDSPe Madiface expresscard. I use it in a station computer with a PCIe card to expresscard. No problem.
For demo, I want to buy a laptop computer. For example DELL XPS 15 or equivalent. There is no expresscard slot. There is a thunderbolt 3 connector.

I'm looking for a dock or converter linux compatible thunderbolt to PCIe or expresscard. Echo in Sonnet provide seach docks but I don't know if we can use them on Linux.

    Someone can help me ?
