Question LightDM Not Displaying Wallpapers After Switch From GDM

I recently switched my display manager for Ubuntu GNOME to LightDM, because it's so much better than GDM. Although the switch was successful, LightDM doesn't show wallpapers like it does in Ubuntu Unity 16.04. How can I fix the problem?

Are you speaking of the Login Screen?
    Or desktop not showing Wallpapers.
And are you using a encrypted home folder?

It's my login screen. My home folder is not encrypted, and I run Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 LTS

    See if this helps: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1293...if-i-have-sele
    And also here:https://www.maketecheasier.com/custo...ightdm-themes/
Beware that Lightdm on Ubuntu works best with unity-greeter and this could add unwanted packages and problems to your system. (Just saying)
