If you delete your birth date from your profile it would stop that for you. Others may like it of course

I am not an expert but I looked around and I have to agree the best way to turn it off for a single person at least quickly is to remove your birthday from your profile, of course an admin may weigh in with a better idea.

Canonical, Ltd, provides the servers and the software to host the Forums. We are not employees of Canonical, Ltd. We are all but volunteer users such as yourself. Thus, we exercise no control over the software used.
We might contact Canonical to ask for a change if we thought this were a matter of high priority and great import. We don't.
I submit that removing your birth date from your profile would be much more likely to affect a timely change.
