how do I mark thread as SOLVED?

Cannot seem to navigate to where I close a thread with SOLVED can anyone direct me. Thanks.

Only the OP and Staff will get the mark thread as solved option.
(And forum sections like The Cafe do not even have the option)

Those are the "Display" options. Try clicking on the Thread Tools dropdown.
