    Question Videos Importation on libreoffice impress

    hello,
    i have a little issue with impress, i can't import a video in my presentation
    in place, i have a speaker icon.

    i verified the installed packages.
    gstreamer is correctly installed and "libreoffice-avmedia-backend-gstreamer" package too.

    i installed a fresh install of Lubuntu on an another PC and the issue is the same


    please how can i fix this issue?

    What's the video file format that you are using. LibreOffice Impress used to be particular about which could be used.

    i tried some format.
    H264, H265, MPEG
    with some containers, .MP4, .AVI, .MPG

    the documentations say , libreoffice read all format via gstreamer, if a video is normaly readable on ubuntu, the video will work in libreoffice.
    the package "libreoffice-avmedia-backend-gstreamer" is here to make the relation between libreoffice and installed codecs
