I'm calling this either XfDE, LXce or Mousebox Top panel is Xfce4-panel (with dockx as a panel plugin). File manager and Desktop is PCManfM (GTK). Panel and window transparency (yes, the panel is transparent) is provided by xcompmgr and transset. Window manager is Openbox. Session manager is still xfce4-session

Swapped out xfce4-panel for Tint2 (that project needs some love) and Thunar for Pcmanfm gtk. Also... Dunst
Started on the forum with Ubuntu 9.10 ending with Ubuntu Budgie Plucky Puffin 25.04 Dev release.
