Ubuntu addict and loving it
You may or may not get the graphics tablet working with a virtual machine. You'll have to do some configuration to pass through the USB connection. Here's the documentation from VB: https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch03.html#idm1631 There are also many pages on the Internet about this that you can find with a Google search.
These are the same issues that I mentioned in regards to a printer connected via USB.
