    Re: Novatech Pro NTI221

hmmmm and then i find this for the same price about...

Which one would you plump for? I am not a gamer but surely gaming pc only means powerful-er PC so there are both the specs this one then the Novatech .... in your more-than-mine learned opinion which is best? [NB in the case of the Trion i would boot my Ubuntu from already existing Ubuntu on an external SSD in a caddy]

Again thanx in advance for all useful pointers/ideas/suggestions

    Re: Novatech Pro NTI221

    Hey shantiq,

I would go for the Novatech Pro as I like Intel Processors and Gigabyte motherboards better than Asus.

Personally I would build one instead of buying a built one just a better choice IMO.

thsnx Poorguy but i may not have the expertise or appetite to build one :] nothing wrong with getting a gaming PC and not using it for gaming is there? still gives you a more powerful animal if i understand those specs a bit ... am i right in thinking that?

'Gaming' is a recommendation meaning among other things a strong graphics card and yes, it can be used for everyday use too.

But then again, if your needs are everyday use I recommend a cheap, used computer some years old. First owner always pays the price.

    Excellent advice.

Gaming computers are usually the ultimate in performance and will work very well for any kind of use.
