Ubuntu 16.04 internal error (crash) in gnome-software

Recently an Ubuntu 16.04 internal error (crash) in gnome-software keeps reoccurring, causing programs to crash and close. I am quite new to Ubuntu, but would love to fix this. Hopefully these screenprints will make the problem clear.

Hi there.
I believe it's a recognised bug.
I had this issue a few days ago &, luckily I guess, running

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

from a terminal fixed it...so far.

I know this is for Xubuntu, but this is where I found the idea:

Please don't dismiss the error message box. You should click to see more information. When the box has filled with diagnostic information, click continue. This will send the diagnostics to Canonical.

Hy! I updated and upgraded but i still have the error. Any other ideas?

when i upgrade : following packeges have been kept back : gnome-software- common snapd ubuntu-core-launcher ubuntu-software
