DVB-T2
Since the 9th of July DVB-T2 replaced DVB-T in our area (Zuid-Holland) and has been tested successful with FTA channels (1080p50 h265 8bit/yuv420 + aac + teletext) at 722mHz using different USB tuners.

When I tried to set this up the channel scan failed at first. Turns out the Ziggo presets do not cover all of the Netherlands (perhaps because some areas had UPC before?). Anyway, changing the frequencies manually did the trick. The correct frequencies for each area can be found on the ZIggo website.
Which version of Tvheadend are you running, since only pre 4.2 needed manual mux frequency editing. Most scans can be done at 474MHz with different network id's to filter region or subscriptions for region Noord Holland en Zuid Holland.
Good to hear you got it working, maybe you could post the mux/transponder frequency you needed to change for your region?Anyway, changing the frequencies manually did the trick. The correct frequencies for each area can be found on the ZIggo website.
BTW: Also the "network discovery" setting can affect channel search, set it to "new + changed muxes" than it will find/add more muxes and channels than the default from tvheadend itself. I edited the first topic with this usefull option.
