amd video card driver help!

so iam a ubu noob and iam having trouble figuring out how to download a specific video card driver for the msi radeon 5450 which is this one for the 64 bit version...

AMD Catalyst™ 15.9 Proprietary Ubuntu 14.04 x86_64 Video Driver for Graphics Accelerators...

but when i download and unzip it there are no run files.

there are about 7 other driver files but confused if this one is the one i should be downloading

1. you need to install 14.04 or 14.04.1 not later ISO images (e.g,. not 14.04.2, 14.04.3 etc.).
2. you use additional drivers app that will find the correct drivers for you.

if you are using version 16.04, then Radeon drivers (default, opensource drivers) are the only option. however you can upgrade them if you are having issues with the version.

what is the issue with the drivers?
