    /dev/ttyUSB is not found

I have a Huawei E3276 modem, and it requires a driver to work with ubuntu 13.10. I'm trying to connect the modem through the wvdial software. I have a problem with the /dev/ttyUSB file; it doesn't exist. Every time the driver is re-installed it works fine and then stops working under any circumstances if the board is to be rebooted.

How this problem could be solved? Any help is appreciated.
