Question Guide to spread a compiled Debian package over internet.

Hello, no long no short, I have been using Pidgin for a very long time and after switching to 16.04 LTS I no longer could use Pidgin for Facebook. Therefore I downloaded source code and compiled it into a debian based package called "libpurple.deb".
Now, I would like to distribute it to whole internet and and I need advice since It is my first time to distribute any thing on the internet.
    Kindly help!

The to best thing to do is create a github account to do that in my opinion.

The best way to distribute debs is through the Debian Archives...which get pulled into Ubuntu, too.
It takes a bit of patience and learning to package properly the Debian way and get the proper permissions from the Debian community, but it's worth it.
