Microsoft OneDrive/SkyDrive is rated as "garbage" in WineDB, I think you are pretty much out of luck trying to get it to run...
What you might be able to do instead, is try using some native third-party client, like this one: https://github.com/xybu/onedrive-d

You can try if this is for your need:

Not trying to discourage you from using Ubuntu, but you do need to understand that the more you continue to rely on Windows and/or Microsoft stuff in Ubuntu, the more disappointing your Linux experience is going to be.
While Wine will run SOME things OK, in general, it works well in less than half of the products indicated in its compatibility database. Using Wine should really be viewed, at best, as a stopgap measure until you are comfortable enough and experienced enough in Ubuntu to switch over to Linux full-time. I say this because, over time, each new version of Windows apps work less and less well in Wine. For example, MS office 2007 works OK, MS Office 2010 has some problems, MS Office 2013 and 2016 don't work at all. Same is true of MS Browsers -- as IE8 is the last one to work well in Wine, and MS is currently supporting IE 11.
So, you need to look seriously into weaning yourself away from dependence on Windows and MS stuff, otherwise, you are setting yourself up for serious problems down the road.
Good Luck
Ubuntu 17.04 Mate, Mint 18.1 Mate; MS Win 8.1, MS Win10 Pro.
Will not respond to PM requests for support -- use the forums.
