Cant view webpages or update system although ping is ok (16.04)

Hello Ubuntu community!

I have problem with wifi connection after update to 16.04 LTS on my Lenovo B590. Everything works fine at my university wifi network, but at home (router Evolve wr153nd), after starting Firefox, only first page show the content, other didn't load or load after circa 3 minutes. When i click on links, it runs only on loaded page. The same problem appears when i connect to neighbours asus router (yes, he know about it )

And now what works
Ping for all websites i tried shows correct values. Even the router settings (192.168.0.1) runs correctly.

Other devices connected on this wifi router runs correctly. (laptop with Windows 8, smartphones).

Does anyone have idea what to do?

New finding - neighbours wifi runs on my computer, but on my wifi smartphones with android don't run correctly, some webpages runs ok, but some wont to load.
