Angry running wine on different partition.

I have five distros of Linux on two hard drives.

My main distros is Ubuntu and about a week ago I "upgraded" via upgrade prompt to 15.10.

    Big mistake!!

I cannot get into Ubuntu now.

But the reason for the post is I want to access a wine program from Mageia.

The program is there, I have permissions, but it won't run either by right clicking it or from command line.

Icon looks like a normal text message one not the normal icon

Comes back with error message like "cannot find c:windows etc", with a few bits in front!! ( doing this on phone not on computer).

Ubuntu is on sda1, Mageia on sda4

Is there s way of making wine run between distros/patitions and if so how do you do it!

Just need some information that is vital off this program then I'll reformat drives and start again.

    Thanks in advance.
