Unhappy [14.04] Flash Game Audio Desync in Firefox

(I think I should mention that I just installed Ubuntu yesterday and have never used any Linux-based OSes before in my life.)

Trying to play this game (although it happens in other games, too): http://king-soukutu.com/flash/rokko.html

    Tried this fix: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.p...7#post10849047

After doing the above fix, the sound effects (stuff like jumping, shooting, landing, dashing, etc.) all play simultaneously after set interval of time (e.g. if I shoot, then jump two frames later, the game will wait for about half a second, then play the shoot and jump sound effects at the exact same time).

Point being: The fix did not work, and if anything made things worse.

    So...help? D: (I have no idea what I'm doing.)

Re: [14.04] Flash Game Audio Desync in Firefox

Adobe Flash Player for Firefox Linux is not updated anymore. Usually I don't have a problem with FlashPlayer in Firefox, but if you are using an Intel/AMD system you may have more success with Chrome (which uses an up to date Flash Player): https://www.google.com/chrome/browse...top/index.html

Now there could be many reasons for the problem you mention and you might want to give a bit more details:
    - Ubuntu version and architecture: eg 16.04 x86-64
    - CPU
    - RAM
    - sound card
    - graphic card and driver.
