My terminal is producing wonky output after I upgraded to Ubuntu 15.10

Now my Terminal (shell) is displaying weird results. Not nicely formatted and always missing strings and

This is the result I get when I do man ls

The manual page for ls is giving my unformatted results, why is this so ?

Please attach images to your ubuntu forums posts and not as links to third party image hosting sites.

That way the images will always be assiciated with your post. This is useful for others im the future as the images will not dissappear.

In the terminal go to View>Normal Size and see if that helps
