JAVA Problem

Hi all,
I have one device ( similar to Dell KVM ) and same problem with KVM too. When i download the session ( JNLP File ( application/x-java-jnlp-file ) ) i can open the file and have connection to the device. Now ( and i think i made an update on the Java ) i can't do this. I try changing some paths and other stuff that i found on google and nothing from there can help me. After all the changes and things i do im stuck with the following error. When i open the file the IceTea is opening and give me the following error. "net.sourceforge.jnlp.LaunchException: Fatal: Initialization Error: Could not initialize applet."

I'm not sure how i get to this problem but this getting very annoying and loosing too much time. Also the first error was the security, but i have put the address (http and https) of the devices that im downloading this files and still can't figure out why is this happening.
And on the other hand i have ASA that i can access it via javaws asdm file.

Im using Ubuntu 64 14.04 LTS, Pleas i need to fix this ASAP and i have try everything from what i can find from google. PLEAS !

I also try removing everything from java and install just java 6, but somehow java 7 goes on the way and i don't know how to fix it !
