Welcome.
The easy way is to remove the exotic XAMPP material from the system and then install a regular LAMP stack. Doing it the Linux way, with LAMP, has a lot of advantages. One is that it is much easier for you to keep the tools up to date. Another is that it is easier for people here to help you since the regular LAMP set up will have thing in the standard places.
If you really want XAMPP instead of a normal LAMP set up then it would help to hear the use-case.
so you can teach me how to remove it ??
Removal depends on the steps you followed to get XAMPP. Probably everything is under /opt somewhere. Can you point to the web page you followed?
This guide (linked also above) for installation of the LAMP stack is for 14.04 also. It's for 10.04 on up:

But first it would be good to clear out the XAMPP material.
i'm a newbie.I recently install ubuntu 14.04 and i want to use xampp in this OS. but i can't install it . i have some problem with it while installed.
Please help me install it .
