Best CD ripper for metadata quality?

Hello, all. I'm trying to find out which is the best way to rip CDs and obtain the best metadata for the media. My main priorities are getting accurate song titles and especially getting the artwork linked with the file so that the artwork shows up on my FIIO X1 portable media player.

This is the one and only thing really I miss from Windows. I have used Rhythmbox but even with extremely popular albums (like Highway 61 Revisited by Bob Dylan) it doesn't find any artwork. Is there a way to change Rhythmbox so that it gets its metadata from another source? Or another app/program that has a better source and integrates the CD artworks?

To be honest, I'm not such a techy person. I might find this too tricky without a real beginners guide...?

I have good results with SoundKonverter (with a K, yes). You have to edit the settings to make sure it stores the track number correctly, but after that it's smooth sailing. Also, Foobar2000, which is a Windows program runs well enough in Wine to bulk edit tags well even though it probably can't rip.
