My sister once bought a laptop from Lazada and it comes pre-installed with Ubuntu 14.04. You can also buy a new laptop without any OS installed. It's cheaper. Then you can download Ubuntu and install it yourself.

Gilmore is still cheaper...But Pre-installed Ubuntu laptops don't have the latest specs especially in our country... i recently visited system76 (http://www.system76.com) about their shipments and it says that it reach Asia!!!So thus, in PH too!You can order maybe direct to the system76 laptops!
