Torrent client with scheduler

I use utorrent in Windows. Simple but effective and uses little resources and also has a built in scheduler so I can stop all torrents during peak ISP times where useage is monitored.

Simple question, is there a client for Linux that has a scheduler?

The best client on Linux is STILL uTorrent with WINE, IMO.
There is Ktorrent, I've heard lots of good things about, but I'm not going to install half of KDE to find out.

right now i use utorrent with wine, it runs perfect. If you do ever decide to go with it, you might want to remember to disable the system tray because that causes some problems in my experiences. If you are looking for something that is native, azureus is the best (better than even utorrent if you aren't worried about resource use).

You could also try Deluge. It's lightweight (just like utorrent) and under Edit > Preferences > Plugins you can enable/configure the Scheduler.
