    Wine suddenly closes when makes Windows Installer

    Hi!!!

    I'm new with Lubuntu and Wine and I've been experimenting with some Windows Software installation on my old PC.

    I've got to install the most important software I often use but Adobe Audition 1.5. When it is on the "Windows Installer" step, then suddenly Wine closes without any kind of messages and, of course, the software isn't installed.

    How can I work around it? ???

    You might want to try installing Playonlinux and then running your setup or installer through it. Seems to work better that way.

    try reinstalling wine or install playonlinux and try with playonlinux. and if you dont know what playonlinux is GOOGLE is your friend.
