Commercial application development support for Ubuntu Phone?

Hello,

I am developing a peer to peer file system for Ubuntu phone. The scope of it include networking, distributed filesystem, user interface, services.

It's not a trivial investment, so we'd like to find/form a program where we can get help fast.

With Microsoft Windows Phone there is a Developer Partner Program where commercial application developers can sign up and get access to a vast range of development support resurces.

Is there such a thing with Ubuntu Phone? I'm very frustrated with the Ubuntu Phone forum level of expertise and support.

We are willing to subscribe.
