    twitch chatty app error when playing sounds

    whenever the twitch chatty app is supposed to play a sound it does an error message... so i cant enable sounds... i also had to move the "sounds" folder to a different location before i even started getting the error messages... before i moved the folder there was no sound coming out of the app... there is no sound coming out of the app either way
