Unity Tweak Tool - Window Controls

Hello,

I tried to change the Window Control layout for the alignment to go right.
After I make the changes the layout defaults back to left. Is there something
that might be restricting this?

I believe the window controls are now fixed on the left side. I remember a thread before that you won't be able to have them on the right side.
