[Lubuntu] Script to create shortcuts easily!

I don't really know if this is the correct place to post this, but I've created a python script that easily creates shortcuts in Lubuntu and it is specially made for Linux begginers.

I know that there are a lot of new Lubuntu users that have problems creating shortcuts.
This little script is the solution for them and I hope that it can help newcomers and provide an even better Lubuntu Experience!

I had a look at the first script you posted, not bad! However, I noticed you didn't let the user specify where he wanted to create the shortcut. If you look at http://paste.ubuntu.com/10088944/, I added that in. Note also that the script also works under normal Ubuntu (and should work under every other Linux distro).
